How to Edit a Quote in Google Slides
Once your quote has been generated in Travelator, open it in Google Slides. Here you can make final tweaks so it’s perfectly personalised for your client.
Step 1: Open Your Quote
Click the Google Slides link provided after generating your quote, or open it directly from the Google Drive folder you shared with us.
Step 2: Replacing Images (Important!)
If you want to change a picture (e.g., hotel photo, logo, or background), always use the “Replace Image” option. This keeps the proportions and layout consistent.
- Right-click the image you want to update.
- Select Replace image → Upload from computer (or choose another source).
- The new image will automatically keep the same size and position.
⚠️ If you delete the image and insert a new one manually, it may distort the layout or push other content out of place.
Step 3: Update Text
Click into any text box to edit. You can:
- Change client names, dates, and pricing.
- Add special notes or inclusions.
- Adjust font size or colour if you want (though our templates are already styled for best results).
Step 4: Check the Details
Before sending to your client, make sure you:
- Proofread all text.
- Confirm pricing and dates are correct.
- Double-check names (client, hotel, airlines).
Step 5: Export as PDF
When you’re happy with your edits, click:
    File → Download → PDF
This gives you a polished, professional file that’s easy to send to your client.

Final Tip
💡 Travelator gets you about 95% of the way there, but every quote must be reviewed and updated before sending. Images are inserted automatically and may not always be the perfect fit, so a final check ensures your presentation is accurate, professional, and client-ready.
